Payments on eBay using Paypal

Hey, I can't doing any payment using my paypal account, thru eBay app or accessing eBay using any internet browser... Anyone can help me? Thanks

I've had same problem for a couple of weeks. I contacted PayPal last week and was told it must be my device....I have same prob on my iPhone and my iPad. I had the issue before I installed ios8 and afterwards. It's incredibly frustrating! Would be really grateful if anyone can help. Thanks
