New user - paying for goods

So I'm new, but not new.

I've bought with PayPal usind my credit card before, no issues.

Now, I have my primary account directed to a bank account.

I bought (I think so) 2 things in the last two days. My PayPal account says confirmed, the payment seems to be OK everywhere, but the money is still in my bank account!??

Was I supposed to transfer the money to PayPal first, or will PayPal take the fund directly from the bank?

Thanks!

Welcome to the Community!

No, everything is running exactly the way it is supposed to Smiley Happy  When you complete a checkout and select your bank, PayPal will debit the bank directly to cover the purchase.  While we send the information immediately, sometimes banks don't place it on hold immediately.  Usually that's because it's the weekend, or they simply haven't worked their way down to the debit in the giant stack of transfers they have.  If it hasn't been debited already after your post, I'm sure you'll see it within a business day or two.

Thanks!
