Instant Transfer disabled?

Hello.

I've recently been using Instant Transfer, ever since I added a pre-paid credit card to my PayPal account. Since then, I have been making steady payments over the past week to two weeks. Up until yesterday, I was able to use Instant Transfers.I found out that it has been disabled, and my only options were to use eChecks, or funding from the credit card. Before I added the credit card, I have not actively been using my account, for about a month or more. I'm not so sure this has happened to me before, but is it normal? I would love to continue to use PayPal.

You will need to add a credit/debit card issued from your bank account, to paypal. Its stupid, but you have to live with it.

My issue is similar, ive always been able to use instant transfer, nothing has change with my account but now it is disabled?
