I recently placed an order with cex online, but didn't update my new delivery address

I placed an order with cex, it was a PS3 and a game for my son for Christmas, but didn't update my delivery address, what can I do to ensure it gets delivered to me.

Thank you for posting in the Community.

I am sorry to hear that the wrong address was provided. The first thing I would advise is to contact the seller and ask them to send the item to the correct address. In most cases this should not be a problem at all :).

After that you can delete the incorrect address from your account so that this does not happen again.

It is best to always check all the details before you agree with the payment. We will show the delivery address as well so if this is incorrect you have the option to change it before you complete the payment.

I hope you get everything sorted so that your son will get his Christmas gift.
