Hi I'm new to PayPal. I tryed to make a PayPal acount a while back and then gave up but put my card details in but now I want to start a new one but my card is still registered to the other acount ? help!!!! Please please please
If you can remember the email addy and password of your old paypal account you will need to log in and remove the card and then close the previous account.
If already closed and the card is still attached you can't use it on your new account.
