AM I COVERED?

Hi

 

Does anyone know if I am covered buying tickets for a ghost tour. Purchased some last month on a website and paid via Paypal. I not received any information/tickets. Have emailed the website, phoned, facebooked and still nothing. Event is in two weeks. Due to not receiving any response, I now want to cancel my payment. Want to open a dispute but not sure if I'm covered. Cost over £150. If anyone knows, I would appreciate your help.

You should be as it seems to be only travel tickets that are not covered.

 

Go and file a dispute via the resolution tab in your paypal account > put in what has happened and escalate to a claim.

Oh thanks. Been so worried. Alot of money to me. Thought it would be a good night out and has turned out to be a total nightmare. I will open a dispute.
