I brought a e-gift card from shpock, the seller sent me a invoice via PayPal, he was replying to all my messages though WhatsApp, the minute I paid, i said can I have the pin no, he said give me 10 min so I can check. An he hasn’t replied since. So I haven’t got the gift card an I spent £70. I have opened a case in the resolution on PayPal. But my question is will I get my money back? I feel really stupid now! For being conned in this way. Can’t believe people are like this😡 any help would be much appreciated. Thank you:)

I'm sorry to hear what has happened here.

 

You have done the right thing by opening a dispute on this transaction through your PayPal account to request a full refund.

 

When a case is opened, we will contact the seller and ask them for additional information regarding the item that was sold to you. We will then review the information and make a decision on the outcome of the case. You will be notified via email as soon as there is any new information or updates regarding your case.
