Ebay sellee sent my item to the wrong address

Hiya.. Can i have some help.. I bought 3 tablets on the 25th nov for my childrens xmas presents.. I was told they had been shipped on the 26th nov A week and half later my partner is given a tracking number by the seller and asks can we wait until monday. Monday the 10rh dec arrives we check tracking number . Item was attempted to be delivered on saturday.. Yet i have no card so i ring royal mail and put a complaint in.. I have a number to prove this if needed.. I am then told my item will be re deliverd weds Wednesday arrives royla mail van pulls up outside my house.. And i get nothing. Ring royal mail again Item was collect on monday the 10th from the KITTYBREWSTER sorting office by a person called TARASENKO who had full ID to collect the item. KITTYBREWSRER is in scotland and i am in wigan. Contacted seller fior a refund and was told it had been deliverd so we had our items! .. Seller niw understands the item has not been delivered .. But will still not give a refund and is insisting the tracking number is correct and that he sent the item to our WIGAN addres and to my partners name which is HEATON not TARSENKO. I opened a pay pal case as i paid for my items and havent recieved and obviously as they are way up in scotland it loks like i never will.. The seller has made it go to a claim is this goin to go in my favor as £180 is alot of money to lose .. Plus my childrens christmas will be ruined Thankyou

I have again contacted royalmail and the have confirmed that it is impossible that  the package was sen to my address...

 

im majorly stressed over this anyone know how long for a refund I NEED my money back or im going to have 3 children under 6 very disapointed! Smiley Sad

Hi abizackorey, 

 

This is a difficult one. You see, your seller has done what was requested of them and posted it to your address. However it seems Royal Mail have provided the items to someone else. 

 

When a claim is filed on PayPal we will check the tracking information to confirm if the item was delivered in the correct location, if not then you are entitled to a refund. Your seller will then need to file a claim with Royal Mail for delivery the item to someone else. 

 

To file a claim, go to the resolution centre on your PayPal account and click to report a problem.
