Cannot complete payment . Message given does not help.

Hello friends!

Please help!

I want to buy from ChiChi Clothing London with my paypal balance which has more money than needed for the purchase, I am a verified user, I am not using a newly funding resource and I am not using a new unverified address.

The message I keep getting since yesterday is : We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to merchant and try using a different payment method.

I sent an e-mail also to the merchant they claim that they do not have a problem and I should ask paypal.

Do you have a back up card linked to your paypal account?

Also are you in the UK and paying in the same currency as the receiver accepts?
