I have recently won an auction on ebay.
The seller had incorrect paypal address for payment (typo)
Payment went unclaimed.
Contacted seller who realized error.
Seller contacted ebay.
Tried payment again only for it to not going through properly.
3 cancelled payments (in which paypal says the money will be returned to my bank account) and I now have 3 debits on my bank account with no money being returned.
How long does paypal take to return the money to my bank account?
Seller wants to relist item so I can re-purchase it and they now have correct paypal info on it.
I do not want to have to pay for this again if it's going to be the 4th payment!
