Paypal initiated a transfer from my bank without my request

hello, Papal had initiated a withdrawal request from my bank account. I didn't request this as I knew the account was NSF. Of course the transaction was cancelled but my bank has charged my an NSF fee.

why did Paypal initiate this?

I have a transaction number but not sure if its appropriate to post publicly

only you and no1 else can withdraw money from ur bank to ur paypal account unless some1 has hacked ur info and tried to use ur paypal account.
