hello, Papal had initiated a withdrawal request from my bank account. I didn't request this as I knew the account was NSF. Of course the transaction was cancelled but my bank has charged my an NSF fee. why did Paypal initiate this? I have a transaction number but not sure if its appropriate to post publicly thanks!
