I try to buy something from a online shop where I bought something last week, but now it won't let me. There is money on the PayPal account, and it still says the seller wants direct payment and I need to add a creditcard. Why.?

You can't use funds in your paypal account balance unless you add a back up funding source ie card to your paypal account as well.

They may let you do a couple but then you have to add the c.c.
