I've been struggling for three days now trying to create invoices, and can't get any support from PayPal. Hoping someone here can help me. When I go to create an invoice (like I always have) I put in all the relevant information but there is no option to either preview or send. The only options I'm given is to save or cancel. I click on save and all data is lost and I end up with an empty screen. I then start all over, with the same result. I have a dozen invoices to do totally over $3,000.00 for customers that have been waiting for an invoice so they can pay and I can ship.... and I'm getting nowhere.
