Beneficial Owner page doesn't allow add or edit

Hi

 

I need to provide Beneficial Owner information, but the Beneficial Owner page doesn't allow add or edit. Any have such issue?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
