If I want to send someone a zero balance invoice to show a credit they received to my boutique, how would I do that? We accept returns for our items and I keep a spreadsheet of returns since we only offer "Store credit" … Example: Customer buys shirt for $30.00 and is invoiced for $30.00. Pays the invoice and item it shipped. The following week, it is returned. I log the return on the store credit spreadsheet. A week later, the customer wants to purchase a shirt for $20.00 Well, she wants to use her credit. How do I send an invoice? I need to send an invoice so I can ship her item and tie it to the credit/new shirt invoice. Any help will be appreciated! THANKS!

Create and send a PayPal invoice, zero the amount field with description of the credit. That, or use a general invoice app that you can generate and download a invoice with online. When you ship, use the url: PayPal.com/shipnow
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
