Sales Tax - Template

I've built a couple of templates and I'm in a sales tax state.  I've set up sales tax in settings and made it active.  When I create an invoice on my Ipad, the tax is automatically computed and added to the total.  But, when I attempt to create an invoice from the website, "No Tax" option is the default.  I've attempted to modify the invoice and inserted the tax but when I save it, the tax is turned off.

Can anyone help?

You may want to contact Tech Support for assistance.  There's a small link at the bottom of the page - Contact Support.   On the next page, there's a form to fill out and you can also include attachments (like screen shots) to better explain your issue to the Techs.
