Can I be taxed on ibotta rebate payments into my Paypal account?

Hello all, Can I be taxed on rebate payments like ibotta,checkout 51,shopkick and swagbucks into my Paypal account?would i receive 1099k.I use paypal only for the rebates.please help. Rafeeq
