I'm having a lot of problems with my account and I had two invoices people sent in money for. I actually refunded these people and I want to close the invoices. How do I do this? It does not seem to be giving me the option.
After you refund these invoices, they should be marked refunded as it's status in Manage Invoice page. Then what you do next is tick the ones you want to "close out", then scroll up to the top and click "Batch Actions" menu and select "Archive". No other option other than this. To view your Archived Invoices, click "Active" at the top first drop down menu.
