Help prepaid postage

Hi, I paid for prepaid postage for royal mail from PayPal for an item unsold an eBay, printed etc. But when I go to the post office they still ask me to pay ,I show them proff I paid on. PayPal but they don't accept it ,please help !!! Can i claim money back of postage if not

I'm sorry to hear that the label that you printed wasn't accepted. Were the dimensions of the package entered correctly when you created the label? Was the label voided after creation? If the label was created incorrectly or it was voided, the shipper would not be able to accept the label. 

If it's still within 7 days of the creation of the label, you can cancel the label for a refund. If it has been more than 7 days, you would have to contact Royal Mail directly to explain the situation and request a refund.
