Hi, I set up accepting payments on my website, but when I pay, I get the error "Sorry, but we couldn’t complete your purchase using the payment method you selected. Please add a debit or credit card." I’ve tried everything already, but I don’t understand why.
Make sure you are fully logged out of your PayPal account before testing your website. And do not use your same PayPal account that you are accepting payments with to pay.
Honestly, if you want to test your PayPal integration use Sandbox. Log in with your existing PayPal account to access sandbox.
