I am registered in the Ebay UPS discount program but usually print UPS labels through the Ebay label system. Any idea why I can't print UPS labels through paypal?
I wanted to create a UPS shipping label for an Ebay sale. First attempted failed with a red notice saying "Need to direct user back to registration screen." That sounds like a diagnostic notice for the website admin, not something an end user should be seeing.
So, I make another attempt which fails with another red notice saying "We're unable to process your request. Please try later."
I made third attempt with using Firefox instead of Chrome. That attempt failed with the red notice "Your UPS account is currently locked out. Please try again after 24 hours." I guess I'm shipping FedEx. I can't wait 24 hours to ship.
