I have spent hours on the phone with PP and they don't seem to understand what I'm asking for.
I can't comprehend how they can not understand that some people buy more then 1 item and all I'm wanting to do is find out the correct way to edit the csv file they give us to include multiple items instead of columns for just 1.
Has anyone been able to resolve the csv issue so that we can do this?
Are they that inept that they can't comprehend what an invoice is used for?
