Royal Mail Shipping Options in PayPal checkout - Wix Website

I am in UK and I have a Wix website with PP as the only payment option on the cart page. The auto-generated shipping options - which appears when I click "send" (ship) on the transaction page, has most of Royal Mail's (RM) common shipping options (seemingly built-in) but when it comes to Canada, Norway and some other countries, there are some options such as "Tracked", "Signed For", or "Tracked and Signed For" missing.

 

I do understand/realise that RM don't offer all services to all countries but some of those that are missing from my page ARE offered directly on the RM website so they do exist .. just not in the PP integration. Despite several online chats with PP (first level support via online chatbox), PP are insistent that this is a RM issue but on speaking with RM business department both via online chat and personally, they counter this and allege it is indeed a PP problem and that they will add whatever PP ask for to the options but PP MUST ask for it in the first instance. When I go back to PP they again claim in need to ask RM to solve this issue.

 

The next big event on the horizon is when UK exits the 'transition period' of BREXIT (on 31st DEC this year), there seems to be no word from PP as to what changes might occur ...  RM have been sending out stuff for months but nothing from PP ... is anyone at PP reading this and would like to comment?
