Help - why is the option to print a postage label not appearing in all my activities. It appears on some but not many. The only option I get on these is to 'add tracking info' but I've not posted the items out yet and now have to go through the Royal Mail website to but and print a postage label? Used to be fine until a couple of weeks ago...
