Postage costs extra after item paid

How can a buyer pay the extra postage, after he has already paid , as a new invoice cannot be issued.

The buyer pays the shipping amount you requested on your auction or web site.

If you have quoted an incorrect postage charge then sadly thats your issue and not the buyers.
