Is it safe to sell on eBay with PP?

I am selling a high price item (wedding set) on eBay. I had someone reach out to purchase stating she would buy at asking price "plus $150 to ship UPS Next Day Air." I can see why they would want extra shipping speed/tracking with such an expensive item, but what are risks to me as seller? Can money be sent then cancelled after they receive ring? *Person does have positive feedback as a buyer, but not sure for a high price item like this.

You can only cancel payments if they are sent to unregistered email addresses and cell phone numbers (the seller has not yet opened the account to redeem the payment), or if the email and phone have been entered incorrectly. They will appear as unclaimed and will remain pending in your PayPal account.

PayPal Seller Protection covers you in the event of claims, chargebacks, or reversals that are a result of unauthorized purchases or items your buyer didn’t receive.
