I have not been able to create a shipping label to any UK address since Friday. It seems fine to every other country. I'm in the UK and need to send a ton of orders. No response from PayPal (they have been good by Twitter DM in the past, but nothing in 24 hours now).
I've resorted to using Royal Mail's site directly, but it's cumbersome and if the payment confirmation doesn't work you have to send them a refund request by post! Help!
"Unable to print the requested postage label at this time. The following error occurred. The dimensions entered are not supported for the package of your choice, please correct the dimensions to proceed."
Have been using for over 10 years, so I know it's not a mistake entering pack size / weight. Thanks.
