Money request sent but still pending...

I have sent a money request,buyer claims he put the money after i sent him a money request at his e mail adress but the request is still pending.Can somebody help me?

Money Requests that are marked Pending wasn't paid. They have to be marked paid and an extra record of payment will show in your PayPal account activity.

The sender can also read the money request but send a payment separately via Send & Request tab if they choose.

Nevertheless, if you do not see a record of payment for either case, then you have not been paid yet.
