Money Transfer

I sell things on depop and the money gets sent to my account but it doesn't let me access it on Paypal or send it to my bank account.

Hi, My name is Enith. I'm new to the group but not to paypal. 

I was told by a customer service officer that "You need to link a U.S bank account that has a routing number and a bank account number if you want to withdraw your funds on your PayPal balance."

So i'm trying to change this account to paypal express. I haven't found any answers as yet. but i hope this info helped.
