Latest change in format of packing slips

How can an organization like PayPal be so inept and stupid? I have beeen complaining for years that the columns in packing slips titled "Item Number" and "Description" don't have enough spaces and that excess characters are simply truncated and carried over to the next line. PayPal's programmers are apparently not familiar with the function of word-wrap in HTML. I have also complained for years that printed copies of packing slips are missing the title that appears at the top on the monitor.

Now PayPal has **bleep** up the packing slips even worst. The column titled "Description" is now called "Name" and has been reduced in width to the same as "Item Number" (still without word-wrap) and a new column titled "Description" (waiting input) has been added, making the packing slip almost illegible. Does PayPal  really expect everyone to invent new names for all their products and edit their accounts accordingly to move descriptions over to the new column?

I made a big mistake in choosing PayPal and I'll be glad when I can leave PayPal for good. I'm working on it.

I have the exact same problem and cannot find anything the help section or elsewhere to resolve it. The format just changed today and there was no difference on my end. This is incredibly frustrating and makes the packing slips look very unprofessional. I am very frustrated at PayPal's lack of clarity and how difficult it is to obtain help or technical support of any kind.

We need to be able to enable/disable columns and personalize packing slips. The current format is useless and looks like it was designed by throwing darts at a computer screen. Professionalism, please!!!

Sadly, as with many large e-commerce players it appears that the platform programmers/developers never actually use the product. I'm sure all development is all outsourced overseas to save a few dollars, and those overseas programmers don't understand how the platform is used, don't really care, and aren't held accountable.

Regrettably, there aren't many better alternatives.

Yes. The formatting of the Packing Slip needs to be resolved.

Has anyone heard back from PayPal on this?
