Anyone else noticing a delay for invoices sent? I scheduled an invoice to be sent and usually its schedules around 7-9 am MST, I noticed it sent around 3 pm that day. Today I have sent 2 invoices myself and usually I get a notification within minutes the invoice was sent. I have yet to receive a sent notification for either invoice. Is there a delay today or has there been a change to when invoices will be sent out to customers? It's frustrating as a seller to send invoices and customers are waiting to pay them.
This is my first time using PayPal. I assumed when I sent an invoice it would go immediately?? 45 minutes later it has not been received, it says it was sent on the home page, I did not receive an email that it was sent.
Yes usually it sends it within a few minutes. Today it took an hour an a half. Just wondering if this is a temporary issue or this will be the new norm.
