Invoice Payment Problem

Hi,

I have sent an invoice to a customer, and they are trying to pay by credit card.  They enter their details and get a message which says: "the transaction could not go through at this time"

 

They do not have a paypal account, and as a university department cannot set one up (or want one).  Is it their card being blocked by the bank (something they have to sort out) or a problem with the invoice or???

 

I really want to get paid and they really want to pay me, and it is a significant amount of money.

Hi There,

 

I am also having this problem, there is another thread that has advised that it is an Australian Issue and that Paypal haven't communicated this at all. 

 

Please let me know if you are also based in Australia/or if you have resolved the issues ? 

 

I was really hoping to utilize this option for my small business,
