Problem with Hermes on-line parcel service. Hermes took my paypal payment then reported a label error, so I was unable to print a delivery label. After 6 hours of trying every hermes on-line screen, it was impossible to find a solution. It is not possible to speak to a human at hermes. Customers are sent around a never ending circuit of frustration. I have raised a dispute with Paypal but there is the usual time constraints. Label Error, you would think it would be easy?
