Hi, would be very grateful if anyone can help here. Printing customers orders seems to be a very time consuming process and frustratingly lengthy during busy periods. OUR process is as follows:- Open Recent Activity - wait -Select View All Orders Ready to be Shipped - wait -Open one of the customer's order details - wait -Print the order - wait - click Back to All orders - wait - select the next customers order details. If/when we have perhaps 50 + orders this takes an absolute age. Our computer is a fast quad core, we have fibre, but I believe there must be a faster way as there must be businesses out there that have hundreds of orders daily. Any guide would be appreciated.
