I am trying to purchase an international label for a small parcel to Croatia. The initial screen where i confirm weights and size etc. are ok but there is no tab for customs declaration. When I click confirm it tells me there is an error "Please provide the customs details to proceed" but nowhere to enter them. Can somebody please advise. I use this option on a daily basis so I am well aware of how it usually works but this has been doing this for 2 days.
