Can the email receipt message be changed?

I would like to change the email receipt a donor makes. For instance, right now they receive an email with the subject line, "You sent an automatic payment to..." and content, "

Thank you for your payment to 

Here are the details about your automatic payment for Monthly Recurring Donation Options.

About your payment

Transaction ID:  December 28, 2019

Payment amount $50.00 USD Total amount of this transaction $50.00 USD

You paid with

Payment to recipient $50.00 USD Amount you'll pay $50.00 USD

Where do I go in my dashboard to change this email?

This seems to be an automatic PayPal email and we would not have the option to change it, I am afraid.

My message says 'JFK Unity Fund'.  paypal is linked to my class creator website and class creator told me I need to change this in paypal, but I dont know how to do this
