Good day. I live in St. lucia (the Caribbean) I have activated my pay account on my Shopify website but for some reason I can’t accept debit/credit card payments without the customer opening a PayPal account. I also tried opening a Sandbox account but my St. Lucia isn’t an option. Why is that if a customer pays with they Paypal account it is possible to get the monies on my bank account but it does not allow to accept payments via debit/ credit cards. When setting up the business account it also states that I would be able to accept payments without the customer opening an account. Is there something I am doing incorrectly? Can someone help me please.
