My PayPal and Bill Me later accounts will not link. The (un)help desks at both just blaim each other (after a 10 min wait to talk to each one) and say I have to contact the other. Any help?
Sorry to hear about the linking troubles. Have you tried using http://www.billmelater.com/linkpaypal ? That might work. You'll want to make sure the billing address on file with Bill Me Later matches your PayPal account exactly.
