Issue Refund Prompt

I am new to selling , week #2. Sold a few items, but am not sure why when I check the status or the list of purchases under my PayPal account everything looks fine with the other sold items except for this one sale, which I have already shipped, that says " issue refund ". I have not heard from the buyer in any way. The item selling and being paid for took place over 2 days.  Any ideas?  Would appreciate some direction.  Thank you
