I have a notice on paypal that I have a past due balance on bill me later. I can't access the bml account. There is a link on paypal but when I click on it I get the "join now" bml page and no way to get further. I thought I had paid and don't know what this is for. Should I just pay it and never use bml again? Sounds like the way to go.
It sounds like your Bill Me Later may not be linked up with your PayPal account. Try going to http://www.billmelater.com/linkpaypal see if that will let you link the accounts so you can access your Bill Me Later account using PayPal.
