refund to my credit card?

hi,  feb 4th, the seller issued a full refund to my credit card, i saw the detail in paypal,  today the selled require me to send the item back, but i dont find the money, i'm comfused.

Welcome to the boards!

If the status of the payment is refunded, and the refund is completed, PayPal has sent the money to the card.

The card company determines how long it is before they credit you.  Most are fairly quick about it, but they can take awhile.

If the refund is still missing after a week or so, I would call the card company.
