please help! how to use credit/debit cards

I don't fully understand how to use a debit card on paypal. for example if I make a purchase on ebay and there's no money in my paypal account but I have a debit card attached will the funds automatically be withdrawn from the primary card?

I am having the same issue where I want to send money but it does not give me my credit card options to pick from. It lists my back account, paypal balance and smart card. I want to pay by my credit card that is listed on my account.

Please let me know how I can put this on my list of payment options when sending money?

+I don't see any pending charges, which is what I read was the reason that I couldn't remove my savings and use my credit, all of them say that they have been completed, but I can't bid on software, because I read pending items takkes 3-2-3 days, and none is pending what is going on,I already have a problem with a order, now this, I don't think I will be  using Ebay again, espicially if my software is gone, and it looks like that is going to be the case. Can anyone fix this within  the next few hours, if not then I will be done

I've always been under the understanding that if there is not enough money in my back account it will use my debit card. I didn't find out that, that wasn't the case until after my bank account went into the negative and they charged me extra fees. Why would I link my debit card to my paypal if I wasn't allowed to use it, instead of my bank account! Does anyone know how to switch it so I can use my debit card instead of bank account?

For personal reasons I want to use more that one credit card to pay for ebay purchases.  I would like to have at least 2 or more cards listed with Pay Pal and be able to be selective when purchases are made.  I do not find a way to do this with your present system.  If not,  is there an option to just list the card I want to use when I make a purchase??

I have had problems with using my credit card. I had to change my email address and it has been messed up since. I had 1 person with paypal make it work, but now it is telling me the same thing. There has to be a way to train paypal people tp fix the problem. I have a good credit card with no debt. What gives???

The payment, problem was not my fought, pay pal was verifing, my account, that is why i could not pay for my items.  The money was in the bank, i was, getting a message, saying the i have reach my limit of 3,500.00 and that my account have to be verifed. i have a prepayed paypal/ebay card.  how do i pay for the thing that, are still there. Someone made a transacation on my account, that  is why this happen. The problem was not on my end.
