Hi!
Go online to your prepaid debit card. It should have a 'sort of fake' checking account through the bank that sponsors your pay as you go card. Mine does, I don't remember how I found it, but click on all the headings and you will find it. You can put money in your PayPal account using the routing #'s and Checking Account #'s they give you. I do it all the time.
