debit/ccard issues

Question;  I am in paypal and I want to use my debit/visa card... and paypal says it's linked to another acct....It's a fairly new bank acct and I cannot for the life of me remember setting up a different paypal acct... who do I contact and how?  The virtual assistant is quick with her answers but doesn't seem to understand my questions.... HELP!!!

Welcome to the boards!

You might be able to recover the email address that was used on the old account - click on "Problems Logging in?" and select that you forgot your email address.  Enter as much information as possible to try to locate the old account.  Once you've found it, if you can't log in, I would recommend trying to recover the password via the same link.
