Remove credit card

I need to cancel my old credit card.  The Visa number was deactivated.

If you would like to remove your old credit card then please use the steps I have posted below:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
3. Click Credit/Debit Cards under Financial Information.
4. Select the credit card to remove and click Remove.

I added a new card to replace one that is no longer valid but everytime I try to remove the old card, I get a message that a 'transaction is pending'.  I do NOT have a pending transaction.  What do I need to do?

I'm having precisely the same problem. Sounds like a bug to get fixed? Please help!

I had the same problem for about 6 months.  I called and the representative checked for pending transactions then deleted the card information.  The whole process took about 2 minutes.

I have gone to my profile, and to edit or delete my credit card, but it says that there is something pending and will not let me delete it.  I have another credit card that is primary.  This one had to be canceled because of fraud. (someone got my identity)  Please help.  The card expires at the end of the month.  Do I just let it expire?

I'm having the same problem - 2 cards that the system will not remove - no pending transactions but I get that same error message no matter what.

I am having the same issue as others about removing a CC and getting the pending error. The card that I need to remove is an old Amex card that I had cancelled over two years ago.

Could you please help me to resolve this issue please?

I do have my external personal email on file w/PayPal.
