Question of credit card confirmation

I opened my account recently and tried to add a credit card for payment. It charged me $1.95 on June 6 and said it will take several days to receive the 4-digit code for $1.95 charge. I've been waiting till now and I am still not able to receive it. Does anybody know how long it normally takes? Or anything strange?

Yeah I have the same problem. This is getting so annoying. I try to link and confirm the debit card and it says

             "You have requested an outdated version of PayPal. This error often results from the use of bookmarks."   Anyone know why it says that?

Trying to add a Debit Gift card, and I'm also getting an "Old bookmark" error when trying to follow the confirm link.
