Problems with a credit card

Hello, I have somehow managed to link my business credit card to my private account. Does anybody know how I can cancel the credit card with my private account so I could link it to my business account? Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks. Regards, Gregor

Only way is to get new cards with a differrent card number on them.  then remove the incorrect cards.
