I tried to link my PayPal (unverified as yet) account to my ING Direct account. But I did not wait until I got the ING Direct account confirmed. The two penny deposits bounced and now PayPal barfs when I try to relink the account with this error:
This bank account is disabled for entry into the PayPal website. Please add a different bank account instead.
After finally getting the ING Direct account set up I would like to use it. Any help would be most appreciated.
