I bought an item from a site, paid using paypal credit card. But there was a mistake so i cancelled the order and attempted to make the correct order, only to be told that this time im not allowed to use my credit card via paypal. What the heck...?
Also, any idea how long it will take me to get refunded and whether there are any fees?

You cannot use this credit card for this transaction. Please use another funding source. * You will need to add and confirm your bank account. Once your bank account has been added and confirmed, you can continue this payment. Add your bank account information below.
